Volumetric Galaxy

Originally I made this project to create 8K skyboxes for Unreal Engine with volumetric galaxies. But when the node graph was completed and I started visualising the results, I thought that they deserved some dedicated images.
These images are almost pure renderings, with a very basic denoising profile and color adjustment in post production. The rendering was done with a fully procedural algorithm in Blender's vanilla graph node.
I took inspiration from the some NASA's images of the mighty galaxy of m101 (the Pinwheel), the Triangulum and the Black Eye galaxies.
